ART TRIO - EARLY SPRING
Well, it doesn't exactly look like spring here. It is a lovely sunny day with a clear blue sky...and waist-deep snow blanketing the earth. I love winter, but a little colour wouldn't go amiss. I'm looking forward to lilacs, crocuses, tulips and cherry blossoms, but until then, here's some fresh spring-sperational (ya, not really a word) paintings.

NEW BEGINNINGS
Happy New Year! It's well in to 2014 now and one of my resolutions is to blog at least once a week. I'll start here with some new paintings. Here are three pieces sketched out and ready for me to start applying layers of acrylic. The style is a bit more realistic than what I've been doing for the past few years; it was time for a change. I'll add more pictures as they progress.

I HAVE A NEW WEBSITE
Hooray! I finally have a new website! I made it myself using a template from Wix and it was surprisingly easy. I also started a Twitter account and a Facebook page. I haven't done much with them yet, but they are linked to my website. I have a Pinterest account with A LOT of pins, mostly work by other artists and decor items which you can also find via my website. Next up - add new work to both my Etsy art shops...
